Bobbidi - Adoption Pending!

Domestic Medium Hair -  Tabby

Male

Date of Birth  March 23, 2008

Bobbidi is of course part of our adorable "Bibbidi, Bobbidi, Boo" trio.  They were born on Easter Day.  We rescued them on Tuesday March 25th - all of 2 days old!    They were briefly bottefed and then we trapped their mommy (Sweet Josephine) and reunited the family.

Bobbidi as you can see is quite a handsome tabby boy!

Bobbidi is  a typical kitten adventurous and ready for anything. After all aren't toys, pieces of fluff and just about anything lying around just there for kitten entertainment and 'pouncing practice' ?  Like his brother Boo, he alternates between cuddly and playful.  He's spent basically his whole life around people so he's quite at home being picked up / carried around and even held like a baby.

Such a sweet kitten!!  As you can see he had no trouble showing off for the camera (as long as I was petting him or holding him that is)!

Cedar

Domestic Medium  Hair - Tortie

Female

Estimated Date of Birth  April 24, 2008

Cedar is a medium haired Tortoiseshell or "Tortie".  I'm sure you can tell from her pictures she's a stunning little girl!

Cedar and her siblings Juniper and Forrest were rescued when they were close to 8 weeks old.  They came in scared but have made a lot of progress.

Cedar is the most reserved of the group (not overly surprising she is after all a tortie - a coloring known for having their own plan) .  She does like to be pet and will sit on your lap and let you hold her.  However she needs to go to a family that will be patient with her while she adjusts to a new home.  She's not a fully confident outgoing kitten....yet.     However she's got it in her to be a total love once she feels comfortable with a new place and people.

Cedar is the 'look before you leap' type.  She likes to watch her brothers - to see how new adventures/ experiences go for them - before she 'takes the plunge' so to speak.

Cedar is great with other kitties but would probably run from small children.

Many families will be tempted to adopt Cedar based on her looks.  We really want just the right family for this wonderful little girl.  One with lots of patience and love.  Cedar will require a slower than usual introduction to a new household.  Obviously we'll walk the lucky family through it step by step!

Chimney Sweep

Domestic Medium Hair -  Black Smoke

Male

Estimated Date of Birth  March 16, 2008

Chimney Sweep and his beautiful sister Mary Poppins  were rescued from a storm gutter.  They came in as little bottlefeeders.  You'd never guess it today but Chimney Sweep was very reluctant to give up his bottle!

Chimney Sweep is a medium to long haired all black boy.   He's very 'fluffy' so it's hard to tell how long his fur is going to be.

Chimney Sweep is a sweet cuddly boy.  Like many bottlefeeders he just loves to be picked up and held and around people.  He adores being petted and of course he's a playful one.    If it 'needs' to be pounced on he's more than happy to 'help' you out.  However given a choice between pouncing and cuddling with people he'll generally choose to cuddle!

Chimney Sweep gets along well with other kitties and shows no fear of our dogs.  He's also great with children.

If you're looking for a sweet, fluffy, cuddly boy - I highly recommend Chimney Sweep!

Forrest

Domestic Medium  Hair - Tabby with White

Male

Estimated Date of Birth  April 24, 2008

Forrest is one handsome boy!  He's a darker colored tabby with white feet and some white  on his face.  He looks a lot like his brother Juniper except Forrest has  more white on him.  What really makes both of them  striking is their medium length fur and longer hair in their  ears.  They are  just so CUTE!    You'll notice they both have  big ears (Juniper's look a bit bigger to me) and almost a triangular shaped face with a slender body - rather a unique look.

Forrest and his siblings Cedar and Juniper were rescued when they were close to 8 weeks old.  They came in scared but have made a lot of progress.

Forrest tends to follow his brother Juniper no matter what's going on.  If Juniper wants to be petted - Forrest will come over too.  If Juniper plays with a new toy and it all 'goes well' Forrest is willing to give it a try.   Forrest isn't a leader kitten right now - I don't think  he'll ever be a 'dominant' boy.  If he's adopted alone I think he will come into his own over time.

Forrest does love attention - he adores having his head and back scratched!

Forrest is great with other kitties, but would probably run from small children.

Hershey's Kiss

Domestic Medium  Hair - Black and White

Male

Estimated Date of Birth   May 2, 2007

Hershey's Kiss (check out the shape on his nose) is as sweet as his namesake.  He's a cuddly boy that just loves attention!

Hershey (as we call him around the house) loves other kitties, doesn't mind our dog and even likes kids.  He's an outgoing laid back love of a boy!

Hershey just adores being picked up and held - in fact he sort of melts into you when you're holding him.  It's a wonderful feeling that will warm your heart every time you pick him up.

Expect Hershey to come running whenever you want to love on him - he's motivated by attention.

Hershey is long and lean - so he's not going to be a big kitty - he's full grown already.  If you're looking for a petite love, who likes to be held and adores attention in general - look no further than this handsome boy!

Juliet

Domestic Medium Hair - Black and White

Female

Estimated Date of Birth   6/1/07

Juliet - a beautiful name for a beautiful cat!   Juliet is just stunning with her beautiful soft medium length fur and her adorable coloring.   But she's not just another pretty face - she's a love too!

Juliet came into us pregnant and wanting nothing more than tons of affection and nice place to live.  She gave birth to handsome "Mickey Mouse" and his sweet little sister "Minnie Mouse".  Off topic we were going to go with a "Lost" theme with the kitten names "Jack" and "Kate" but Mickey's unique face changed that plan!

Juliet adores attention - she is 'all about' being loved on and even picked up and held.  Juliet gets along really well with kids.  She's a nurturing soul - we separated her from her kittens (so they could wean) and let her hang out with some other older kittens.  She's their mother figure.  Juliet is OK with other adult kitties but would love to be an only cat and have all of the human attention focused on her!

If you are looking for a beautiful loving girl - Juliet just might be the love of your life!

Juniper - Adopted!

Domestic Medium  Hair - Tabby with White

Male

Estimated Date of Birth  April 24, 2008

Juniper is one handsome boy!  He's a darker colored tabby with white feet and a little white area on his face.  What really makes him striking is his medium length fur and longer hair in his ears.  He's just so CUTE!    You'll notice he's got big ears and almost a triangular shaped face with a slender body - rather a unique look.

His pictures don't do him justice the camera scared him a bit so I cheated and took these pictures right after he was neutered so he was a bit on the woozy side.

Juniper and his siblings Cedar and Forrest were rescued when they were close to 8 weeks old.  They came in scared but have made a lot of progress.

Juniper is the most outgoing of his litter followed closely by Forrest.  He wants to check out whatever is new and exciting.  Juniper doesn't rush right in - he likes to watch something first then make a 'judgment' call as to whether to 'take the plunge' or not.

Juniper approaches me happily for affection.  He loves to be petted and doesn't mind being carried around for brief periods.  Juniper loves to play with his siblings and his toys!

Juniper is great with other kitties but would probably run from small children.

Spanky

Domestic Medium  Hair - Black

Male

Estimated Date of Birth  May 15, 2008

Spanky and his siblings Tarzan, Peanut, Ash, Romeo and Lola were all dumped in 90 degree heat in a sealed black box back by a dumpster at our vet's office.  By sheer luck they were discovered just in the nick of time!  All of the kittens needed extensive nursing back to health.   They are now happy, healthy kittens that are ready for their forever homes!

Spanky is a medium haired all black (with just a touch of 'smoke') kitten.  Like the other kittens in his litter he enjoys playing and pouncing and just adores attention.  Spanky is one of those kittens that just took to the idea of having his picture taken - can you tell he's posing for the camera?  That was in between begging for attention!  He just loves, loves, loves to be petted!

If you're looking for a really friendly, cute fluffy kitten - do come meet our Spanky!
