Domestic Short Hair -  Black and White

Male

Date of Birth  July 30, 2008

Allegro and his brothers were rescued from a storage trailer.  They came in very dirty (imagine this sweet boy as black and brown rather than black and white!)  After a much needed bath, ear cleaning and deworming things looked much better!

We had decided to go with a musical theme for this litter of kittens.  Allegro came in as an angry little boy.  He was not going to be touched - "oh no way - don't even try to touch me with those icky human hands"!  Nope, he wasn't going to fall for that human trickery to get close to him - he was way smarter than that!  But this story has a happy ending....fast forward a few days and voila ...  may I present Allegro the "love bug".  Yup, he figured out that people aren't so bad after all.  In fact now he can't run over to me fast enough when I come into their room!

You know the saying "the bigger they are the harder they fall"?  That often holds true with kittens.  The more hissy they are when they come in the bigger loves they turn into.  It's been really satisfying to see the change in Allegro - he's gone from hissing, spitting and swatting to a sweet boy who can't get enough loving!  When I rub his tummy (which he just loves!) you can tell he thinks it's just the greatest thing ever!  And when I try to move my hand away to pet one of his brothers - he'll gently take it in his paws and pull it towards his mouth so he can lick me.  It's like he's saying (while lying on his back looking ever so cute) "no don't go!"- keep loving on ME!   All you have to do is sit or squat down and Allegro  (and his brothers) will come running over for some loving!

As you can see from the above pictures - Allegro is quite photogenic!!  He looks a lot like his brother Adagio, however Allegro has a bit more white on his face.

This happy little boy and his brothers are currently in quarantine.   When they turn 8 weeks old we'll be able to test them for feline leukemia and FIV and begin their vaccines.  We anticipate neutering them when they are around 12 weeks old.  They can't go home with anyone until after they've been neutered but you can put in an application.   Believe me once you meet him and/ or his brothers - you'll fall in love!
