Forrest is one handsome boy! He's a darker colored tabby with white feet and some white on his face. What really makes him really striking is his medium length fur and longer hair in their ears. He is just so CUTE!
Forrest will 'make biscuits' at the drop of a hat. As soon as you start petting him he's kneading away! It's really adorable. Forrest likes to follow me around and 'talk' to me to remind me he's down there and 'needs' attention! He enjoys it if you just pet him or if you pick him up and hold him and pet him. Of course he also loves having his head and back scratched.
Forrest has figured out that 'all important lesson' that the closer you are to the people the more attention you'll get. So when I'm squatting down to pet the kitties Forrest makes sure he's very close to me in order to get his share (if not more) of the attention. He loves to hop up onto the couch for some loving. In fact he's working on being a lap kitty. Right now he'll sit in my lap sometimes but he tends to prefer to cuddle up next to my leg or my stomach (if I'm lying down on my side).
Forrest is not a dominant kitty however he will compete for attention (in a nice head butting, I'm going to get closer to the person kind of way).
Forrest is great with other kitties, and he likes our dogs. Strange noises, however do scare him. Forrest has been around my 8 year old daughter and he's fine with her however I don't know how he would be with younger children.
Forrest is a wonderful little boy who's looking for just the right family - are you it?!!
