Hobbes House News As many of you know it's kitten season!  It's a fun and challenging season for us at Hobbes House.  We want to help as many kitties as possible, but they are just too many being born.   Found a stray cat or kitten? Our foster homes are full right now - we have taken in so many stray kittens that we do not have space for any more.  If you would like information and/or help with low cost spay/ neuter , trapping or have bottle feeders that need our help please contact us.  Thank you. Please spay and neuter your pets and encourage your friends/neighbors/ co-workers to do the same.  I know it's not an easy subject to just bring up however, every cat that is spayed/neutered  does make a difference.   If you're looking for a little kitten to adopt - our kittens must wait until they are 12 weeks old to be spayed/ neutered and are available to go home a week after that.  We can do meet and greets as early as 9 weeks.  For more information and to see our little kittens (not yet ready for adoption) visit our Coming Attractions page. Hobbes House is a non-profit 501C3, no kill feline rescue group located in Wake Forest, NC.  Our goal is to rescue as many cats and kittens as we can, provide education on the importance of spaying or neutering your pet and be a resource for low cost spay/neuter programs.  

All of our cats and kittens have been spayed/ neutered, tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia, dewormed  and are up to date on their vaccines.  Our adoption fee is $100 for non-microchipped cats and $115 for microchipped cats, which covers these basic medical procedures.  We also provide any other necessary medical care to insure all of them are healthy and ready to fill your home with love.

Our animals currently live in foster homes where they are cared for, loved and nurtured until they find their new forever home with you.  If you are interested in meeting any of our kitties, please contact us at FosterKitties@gmail.com
